Some people, after they get married, don't have the desire to wear white again for a while. After all, most brides spend the days leading up to their wedding sporting various white looks, and may need a break from the color afterward. However, that doesn't seem to be the case for Selena Gomez, who recently sported a lovely white dress about three weeks after she tied the knot.
Last week, the Only Murders In The Building actress was spotted walking around Los Angeles in a chic, cottage core-coded dress that was all white, allowing her to let her bridal energy continue to flourish. It was a milkmaid-esque dress seemingly made from cotton with a midi silhouette that stopped a few inches above her ankles. It had poofy sleeves and a ruched torso.
Selena paired her white dress with some simple, light beige Mary Jane shoes. She had her signature black hair still chopped into a voluminous bob. She also sported sunglasses and looked like she was in the zone as she ran errands. You can see pictures of her in her dress here!
Selena Admits She Started 'Sobbing' After Getting Married To Benny Blanco
Since the famous couple got married on September 27th, they've been slowly sharing small details, photos, and behind-the-scenes memories of their big day. The singer recently opened up about how she felt after making things official and leaving behind her wedding day with the famous music producer, and her response might surprise you.
"I got married and then I was sobbing," she said at Fortune's Most Powerful Women conference on October 15th. "Because I was like, 'I'm gonna die the next day.'"
While it may sound like an odd thing to say, the "Who Says" singer explained that she felt that way because often, in her life, when she goes through a very excited or celebratory moment, her anxiety kicks in, and she eventually feels like "something bad" is going to happen next.
"So instead of being present and saying, 'Okay, wow, we've done a great thing,' which I do, but I'm always thinking, 'Okay, but this could all go away tomorrow,'" Selena added. "So how can I make sure that doesn't happen? And I can just get wrapped up in that as opposed to enjoying things. And I would say that's my biggest conflict sometimes, when wonderful things happen."
Despite her anxious feelings following her lovely wedding day, it looks like the newlyweds are doing well, and the 33-year-old is still soaking in all of the bridal attention and vibes.
