With each 210-calorie, you’re also having 11g of fat, 27g of carbs, 3g of protein, and only 1g of fiber. Sure, you could burn it off with a 20-minute jog, or a 30-minute bike ride. But health experts say that cookie really isn’t worth the game.

Health & Wellness Expert, Erin Stone, explains “ These cookies may taste good, but they are extremely harmful to your health.” We all know sugar isn’t good, but Stone warns of the serious health concerns to be mindful of. “Diabetes can develop as a result of the excessive sugar level, according to experts. Stone added, “The chocolate chip cookie from Costco is big enough to feed three people at once. As a result, eating the entire cookie will be detrimental to your health in the long run.”
