Sweeney, who is engaged to film producer Jonathan Davino, has constantly been getting comments about her body ever since she starred in Euphoria.
In an interview with Variety, the Immaculate alum opened up about those comments and said, "I see it, and I just can’t allow myself to have a reaction.
