Sydney Sweeney Glows In A '60s-Inspired Powder Blue Miu Miu Dress
For the occasion at the luxurious Hôtel Martinez in Cannes, Sydney sported a curve-hugging powder blue midi Miu Miu dress. The gown featured embellished white flower appliqués, thin straps, a semi-sheer fabric, a scoop neckline, and a waist-cinching design which created a chic '60s silhouette.
The Reality actress completed the look with a pair of metallic heels with crystal-encrusted straps and a white woven Miu Miu handbag. Sydney also accessorized with diamond drop earrings and matching diamond rings. She attended the event with her fiancé, Jonathan Davino, who complimented her retro look in a similar powder blue Prado polo, white trousers, and beige loafers.
As for glam, Sydney opted for a soft-blue eye shadow to match her dress, rosy blush, and a subtle pink lip. The Miu Miu ambassador's hair was styled in a glamorously messy bouffant complete with sweeping curtain bangs. Sydney says that her ensemble for the event was inspired by her "forever beauty icon" Brigitte Bardot.
The actress talked to Vogue about her outfit for the event. "I love the flower details, and the light blue material of the dress," Syndey said. "I've been wanting to wear blue since it's my favorite color, and I felt like this silhouette was perfect for a lunch in Cannes."
She admitted that her makeup look and hairstyle were inspired by a certain famous French star. "It felt very Brigitte Bardot, my forever beauty icon," Sydney told Vogue.
