Fans on Reddit often share their positive and negative experiences when it comes to Taco Bell trips.

In the past month, many passionate customers of the chain have taken to the social discussion website to express their thoughts on what some have deemed the “saddest bean burrito” ever, and some are sharing their condolences.

User @thundermunkee created a new thread, titling the post: “Saddest Bean Burrito Ever.”

They added a photo of a burrito they recently ordered at a Taco Bell location and captioned it: “I haven’t ordered a bean burrito in quite some time but I do remember them being bigger (Doritos loco taco for scale). Should it be bigger? This one hardly had any cheese and had stray lettuce in it. Worst thing I’ve had in a while.”

Fans React To A Customer’s ‘Sad-Looking’ Burrito From Taco Bell On Reddit

According to Taco Bell, a standard bean burrito from their menu costs $1.79 and contains “hearty beans, real cheddar cheese, diced onions, and tangy red sauce,” and it can be customizable. Fans were quick to react to the aforementioned Reddit post photo, with one commenting: “That’s one pitiful looking burrito, I must say.”

Another added: “That thing looks pitiful. Looks like one where every bite of beans tasted 3 days old.” Someone else replied: “Looks about right. If you opened it up and all the cheese and sauce were in one spot, it would be 100% accurate. I’m a vegetarian and never order the bean burrito because they’re so disappointing.”

As for the question about the burrito size, some Redditors were divided, with some deeming the one in the pic to be average size and others dubbing it smaller than usual. "To be honest I've had smaller quesaritos. Well back when they were on the menu. This doesn't look all that bad. LOL" one commented. Another chimed in: "The are usually pretty tiny. They just looked larger in the past because it was rolled with one end left open."

One other provided a possible explanation for any size differences: "Sometimes they fold them up smaller, like a chipotle burrito, and the filling is usually all collected near the middle."
