In one of the episodes of her latest docuseries, The End Of An Era, the pop star gave fans an inside look at her personalized workout routine she strictly followed before and after her legendary Eras Tour shows. She showed off her fit physique in a snug black workout set as she did strengthening moves. Taylor Swift Films A Scene For Her Docuseries In A Small Black Workout Set

In the third episode of the End Of An Era docuseries, a show detailing the behind-the-scenes process of Taylor Swift's record-breaking world tour, The Eras Tour, she revealed that she had to undergo a physical transformation.

 

The Grammy-winner filmed a segment for the show alongside her trainer Kirk Myers, who helped her build a routine that would not only keep her strong, but also help her keep up the stamina she needed to perform the three-hour show with non-stop vocals and choreography.

 

"There are a lot of things that we pulled off on this tour that I've never even attempted on past tours," she said during the episode, as reported by USA Today. "I think the longest show I ever did before was 2 hours and 15 minutes. I never would have believed you if you had told me we would be doing a 3.5-hour show. Now, saying that is one thing. Doing that physically is another."

 

As the singer described that she needed to "up her game" regarding her training, she could be seen working out in a two-piece workout set. It included a black sports bra and super-tight black shorts, allowing her to flaunt her strong figure. You can see clips of her working out here!

A Fitness Coach Slams Taylor Swift's Personal Trainer As Fans React To Her Workout Clip

The clips of the 36-year-old going through her intense workout session and talking about her transformation quickly went viral online, as fans wanted to draw inspiration for their own routines.

 

However, it also went viral after a fitness coach critiqued her routine. On Threads, fitness coach and trainer Daniel Yores posed about one specific aspect of her routine, which involved half-rep pull-ups on an elevated bar.

 

"Imagine having a billion dollars and hiring a trainer that lets you do half rep pull-ups with the band around your feet," he wrote. "Training like that will never result in being able to do full, unassisted pull-ups. And the band around both feet is dumb. [I] have seen many people fall and hurt themselves like this. Around one foot or one knee is appropriate if you're going to use the band assist at all."

 

Although the coach critiqued her routine, many of Taylor's fans came to her defense anyway, pointing out how strong she is despite the bands associated with her pull-ups.

 

"She succeeds beyond anyone's wildest expectations, performing and putting on the highest-grossing concert tour in history," responded a Threads user.
