3. GarageBand

Many iPhone users feel GarageBand isn't very useful because its primary purpose is to provide music production tools that most people don't need to use in daily life. 2. Using Your Phone Number To Sign Up For Programs

These days, there are so many different stores with loyalty programs or brands that want to reach out to you via text, and some of us aren't as hesitant to hand out our numbers for these things as we should be. According to tech experts, even though we live in a digital age, we need to continue to be extremely cautious about who we give our numbers to.

"People also sign up for things with their main phone number far too casually, which feeds data brokers your real info, and those brokers sell your number on," says tech expert and owner of The Big Phone Store, Steven Athwal. "Use a secondary number or an email for sign-ups if your phone takes two SIM cards. Keeping your real number off marketing lists is a strong defense. Most spam messages come from a data leak, not just randomly inputting numbers."
