Drinking coffee has many health benefits–and can even help you achieve younger looking skin. Healthline explains how coffee can help you look younger, “In fact, one study found a direct correlation between drinking coffee and a decrease in photoaging effects.” Photoaging refers to the premature aging of skin as a result of exposure to UV rays.
