Fennel Tea

Fennel seeds are just one ingredient that can help you reduce bloat. Dr. Robynne Chutkan, M.D., an integrative gastroenterologist, founder of the Digestive Center for Women, and author of The Bloat Cure: 101 Natural Solutions for Real and Lasting Relief, explained to Bustle that fennel is full of "gas-reducing oils" that you can benefit from.

Plus, it can be easily incorporated into your diet by drinking fennel tea.

Chutkan suggests making fennel tea by putting crushed or whole fennel seeds in boiling water and allowing it to steep for 10 minutes before drinking. In doing so, you can improve your digestion and reduce bloat.

Healthline explains, "Fennel seeds also reduce inflammation. This may help soothe swelling or irritation in the intestines and improve digestion."

The article continues, "Fennel seeds may also relax muscles in the intestines, which can help relieve constipation. Soothing muscles in the stomach and intestines helps to relieve gassiness that’s from constipation or acid reflux."
