Fish is always a tricky dish to order at a restaurant. You want to make sure it's as fresh as can be, or you'll likely be spending the night in the bathroom (sorry if that's TMI!).

According to chef Anthony Bourdain, there's one fish dish he will never order and it's for a pretty scary reason. Find out what it is--->

Grilled Swordfish Dish

In his book Kitchen Confidential, Bourdain writes that his seafood purveyor (aka, the guy who gets him his seafood) won't eat swordfish out at a restaurant. "He's seen too many of those 3ft-long parasitic worms that riddle the fish's flesh," Bourdain says. "You see a few of these babies - and we all do - and you won't be tucking into swordfish anytime soon." I don't think we need to even see those "babies" to never order that fish dish again!

Sorry if we just ruined swordfish for you...
