Pretzels

Pretzels are sometimes considered a "healthy" snack, but if you are regularly reaching for them in your pantry, it's a good idea to reconsider.

Pretzels are high in sodium and can fat and calories to your diet that you might not want.

According to NBC, "Pretzels are mostly nutritionally empty. Sure, they’re lower in calories and fat compared to chips, but they really are not a healthful snack.
