The fast food restaurant business is buzzing and probably won’t die down anytime soon. One restaurant has definitely made a name for itself and that’s Arby’s.

Being King of the Roast Beef sandwich, Arby’s is pretty well known in the fast food restaurant business. There is one thing you should definitely steer clear of if you are having a beef craving.
With a whopping 800 calories and 2,250 mg of sodium, the market fresh roast turkey ranch and bacon sandwich is one to avoid.
If it isn’t clear in the nutritional facts I provided, it would be a pretty unhealthy choice. Not that anything in the fast food restaurant business is a “healthy” choice, but there are definitely better options.
