Fast food is irresistible. It’s so bad yet so good. We just can’t get enough it! Carl’s Jr. is no different. While it’s OK to indulge once in a while, there’s some menu items you should avoid at all costs.

According to a Carl’s Jr. employee, do not order the chicken tenders! He said they were supposed to be thrown out after 20 minutes but he was told not to do that by his boss so they served chicken tenders that were sitting out for a couple of hours. Ew! He advised people to ask for a fresh batch of chicken tenders and wait the extra few minutes. Better safe than sorry!

Carl’s Jr. is known for its charbroiled burgers. One of the most popular items is the Breakfast Burger. It’s a burger topped with cheese, egg, bacon, and tater tots. It might sound delicious but it’s over 1,200 calories. That's more than half of the recommended daily calorie intake!

Carl’s Jr. is taking strides in the right direction. It now offers low carb burgers, veggie options, and burgers made with all natural ingredients but it’s not quite there yet. In the meantime, be sure to steer clear of the items mentioned.
