When you're in the mood for some good fast food, you can't beat Dairy Queen. It's home to some of the most iconic food items and is loved by all.

But, there's one food that DQ employees urge customers not to order. It may be a menu staple, but it also may not be the freshiest choice...
You might not want to order a hot dog the next time you go to a DQ. One employee says it's not uncommon for customers to get one that's one day old...
"The BBQ beef and hot dogs were used over, and over, and over. If they weren't all used up at close, we had to save them for the opening shift to heat up in the morning," Reddit user rent1 said in an AMA thread.
This is good to know. Next time, we're definitely going to stick to the blizzards. Those are fresh, right?
