Qdoba is one of the many delicious Mexican food choices that is available nowadays. But Qdoba stands out from the rest by allowing you to create whatever your heart (and stomach) desires.

But how healthy are your food choices at Qdoba? Although many of the options they have seem healthy, some of the items can definitely add up in calories.

Qdoba

One meal you definitely shouldn't be making at this restaurant is the ground beef burrito with three-cheese queso, salsa verde, lettuce, cheese, sour cream and guacamole.

Adding all those toppings to your burrito spikes up it's calorie content to 1,240! It also has an extrmeely high fat and sodium content. This burrito is definitely no bueno for you!

So, be wary when ordering at Qdoba! Try to keep your toppings at a minimum, don't skimp out on veggies, and order meals with leaner meats, like grilled chicken.
