According to a former Quizno's employee on Reddit, they wouldn't recommend the Chicken Carbonara, solely based on how bad it is for you. The former employee commented, "Bacon alfredo sauce + cheese + chicken + bacon may sound good, but it doesn't actually taste as good as it smells or sounds. I tried it once and thought I was going to throw up after eating half of it."

Eat This, Not That also warns Quizno's customers to steer away from the Italian Meatball sub. The Italian Meatball sandwich, topped with double mozzarella and marinara sauce, is a real gut-buster. According to the site, it’s the equivalent of eating two McDonald's Big Macs! Which would you rather have?

A better option is the Regular Turkey Lite sandwich. The sandwich comes topped with vegetables and a vinaigrette. According to Eat This, Not That, the turkey sandwich rings in at fewer than half the calories of the meatball sub, and is the leanest option on the Quizno's menu.
