Coconut Water

"The fact that coconut water consists of 95% water makes it a great hydration boost to your coffee," Caleb tells us. Bulletproof Coffee

"Adding a lump of butter to your daily coffee sounds like it will do more harm than good. "Grass-fed butter is a healthy addition to your coffee to kick-start your metabolism and improve cognitive function!"

Turmeric

"Turmeric lattes have become somewhat of an insta-fad over the past few years. However, this golden coffee is actually packed with anti-inflammatory benefits. Add some turmeric to your coffee to not only be right on trend, but also improve your memory and provide antioxidants aiding weight loss," he advises.
