"The fact that coconut water consists of 95% water makes it a great hydration boost to your coffee," Caleb tells us. "Adding coconut water to your coffee can not only help with weight loss but also with lowering blood pressure and cholesterol. Just pour it into your coffee after you’ve splashed in half of the amount of milk you usually use."
