If there's one thing Kim Kardashian is known for, it's her body! This mother of 2 is the definition of a MILF, but she didn't get that badass body just by sitting down and doing nothing. Mrs. Kardashian-West keeps a close eye on her diet, and ditches these three fat-inducing foods!

Kim K tries to keep a low-carb diet, according to her personal nutritionist and vice president of education and nutrition at Atkins, Colette Heimowitz. She told Elite Daily , "The body is only built to circulate about the equivalent of 1-2 teaspoons at a time… but if you’re constantly drinking sugar and eating carbs that turn to sugar in your body, you’re wearing down your sugar metabolism over time… and a lot of that excess sugar converts to fat, and that’s how you gain all your weight." You won't ever catch Kim Kardashian in the baked goods aisle!

alcohol

Who knew that this former party animal and current attendee of everything A-list doesn't drink alcohol? "Kimberly does not drink alcohol whatsoever," her sister, Khloé, said. "Pregnant or not, she's just never been into it." Cutting out alcohol is actually a great way to lose some pounds, since many cocktails, wines and beers are actually laced with sugar and carbs that will ruin your diet!

white rice

Kim wouldn't be caught dead eating white rice, since she avoids any refined carbs! These types of carbs are stripped away of their nutritional value during the process of bleaching, and only add empty calories to your diet. Making the simple switch to whole grain does wonders for your (and Kim's) body!
