The couple scooped up the 15,000 square foot home which features ten bedrooms and ten bathrooms.
The waterfront estate has almost an acre of "meticulously groomed grounds" and the dwellings include a white-stucco Spanish mansion and guesthouse.
There's a long gated driveway lined with palm trees, and the details on the entire place sound immaculate: a Juliet balcony, massive arched windows, Venetian plaster walls, antique fireplaces and an elevator! Oh, to be J.Lo for one day...
