Your Jaw Will Drop When You Hear What Meghan Markle’s Father Is Saying About Her As A Mother Now

Meghan Markle’s father has once again slammed his daughter in the press, and this time he has gone after her parenting! In a new interview with Dan Wooton, which was broadcast on GB News on Monday, April 26th, Thomas Markle said that it “really bothers” him that Meghan left two-year-old son Archie and ten-month-old daughter Lilibet in America to fly to the Netherlands (via the UK for a secret visit to The Queen) for the Invictus Games a few weeks ago.
The 77-year-old former lighting director made the comment after being asked about his thoughts on the uncertainty surrounding whether Meghan and Prince Harry will head to the UK again for Her Majesty’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations in June, also referencing how their latest trip would have been a great opportunity for Lilibet to meet The Queen, which she has yet to do. (He has yet to meet either of his grandchildren, as he has reportedly not seen his daughter since before the royal wedding back in May 2018.)
“Not bringing the children was like another slap in the face to The Queen; it was very rude and the wrong thing to do, and it makes no sense at all,” Markle began. “I don’t know if it’s Meghan or if it’s Harry but The Queen should have every right to see her great-grandchildren and I should have the right to see my grandchildren.”
He continued: “To fly all the way over and not bring the children. That’s ridiculous. Most mothers don’t leave a 9-month-old child behind. They usually hold on to that child until the child gets a little older. That’s one thing that really bothers me.”
