This past weekend, Cruise and his rumored girlfriend Hayley Atwell stepped out to attend the Wimbledon finals, and the co-stars looked thrilled to be in each other’s company as they watched the match. Rumors that the pair may be dating began in December of last year when they were spotted holding hands, and the couple looked in good spirits as they smiled for the cameras.

The 39-year-old actress initially met Cruise, who is 20 years her senior, on the set of Mission: Impossible 7 which they will be co-starring in this year. Atwell looked stunning at the Wimbledon match between Ash Barty and Karolina Pliskova, rocking a floor length cream dress with ornate floral detailing and a chic cream dress coat to match. The 59-year-old actor also cleaned up nicely, wearing a blue three-piece suit for the event. According to a source for The Sun, the pair “hit it off from day one,” after meeting on set last year.
The source also added, “Lockdown, and all the difficulties that came with it, brought them even closer and they’ve become fairly inseparable. They’ve been meeting up after hours, and she’s been to his London pad. They get on brilliantly, and both seem very happy.” Although the budding romance has yet to be confirmed, the pair certainly look to be well suited for each other after their recent Wimbledon outing.
