The raspberry limited-edition mini cakes are flying off Trader Joe’s shelves, and for good reason. The brand describes them as “light, delicate, and bursting with ebulliently bright berry flavor,” and are made specifically for the store by a trained pastry chef.
“Each one starts with a thick layer of moist, delicious vanilla cake,” the Trader Joe’s website says. “Topped with an even thicker layer of silky, raspberry-flavored mousse” and “enrobed in a sweet, confectionary coating.”
