Fans Are Upset That Trader Joe’s Won’t Be Restocking This Beloved Item Until Next Year: ‘Very Upsetting’

Trader Joe’s fans were just given the sad news that the chain’s much-loved BBQ Rub and Seasoning with Coffee & Garlic won’t be available until May 2024. TikToker @traderjolene, who utilizes her page to provide shoppers the latest information about the popular grocer, informed her viewers about the product’s disappearance.
The user shared a comical short video that featured an image of the popular Trader Joe’s BBQ rub, coupled with a meme of Jennifer Lawrence shedding tears. “When a Trader Joe’s member tells me the barbecue rub with coffee and garlic isn’t coming back until May 2024,” the creator wrote.
The caption for the post read: “Seasonal items at Trader Joe’s go way too fast! I should have stocked up.” The BBQ Rub and Seasoning is often praised by fans for its tasty blend and balance of garlic, paprika, brown sugar, coffee and salt flavors. According to Trader Joe’s, it’s great to use when cooking poultry or pork, and it “makes a swell seasoning for baked potatoes & grilled vegetables, too.”
Consumers remain uncertain of the cause for this product’s withdrawal from Trader Joe’s, but the renowned grocery store is famed for its regularly changing inventory and is known to revive popular items from time to time.
