CLA

Dr. Mehmet Oz says that supplements containing conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) are some of the best for getting rid of belly fat. He says that "CLA works by facilitating the process by which your cells release fat." This acid allows fat to break down so that you can get slim fast.

Vitamin D

Dr. Joseph Mercola says that Vitamin D is also a huge help when you're trying to lose weight and burn fat. Joseph says that increasing your daily Vitamin D levels may result in improved weight loss. While it's optimal to turn to the sun for Vitamin D, you can also take Vitamin D3 supplements in colder weather.

Omega-3 Fatty Acids

Dr. Josh Axe says that omega-3s can make all the difference when you're trying to lose weight. Josh says that omega-3s help to reduce inflammation in your body and can also speed up your weight loss. You can find such omega-3s in fish like salmon and chia seeds.

B Complex Vitamins

Dr. Jon Fisher recommends B complex vitamins for weight loss. According to Livestrong, these vitamins are able to help your body metabolize carbs, protein, and fat-- which is why they're associated with weight loss.
