“Hands down, my favorite yogurt,” Tonya says, holding up a container with a whopping 25 grams of protein. With low sugar and high protein, it’s a satisfying snack that supports her muscle maintenance and satiety throughout the day.

2. Lean Ground Beef

“I always do lean hamburger meat,” she explains. Tonya uses it for her favorite meals like taco bowls or to mix with cottage cheese for a high-protein, low-carb dish. It’s a versatile staple in her weekly meal prep.

3. Low-Carb Tortillas

“These also have fiber,” Tonya notes. Whether used for lettuce wraps, microwave chips, or personal pizzas, these tortillas help her enjoy satisfying meals without spiking her carbs.
