1. Quest Protein Chips

When you're going through a weight loss journey, it's extra important to prioritize protein, as it's a macro that keeps you full and helps you build muscle. Nowadays, there are so many different ways to get in some extra protein, including via Quest chips, made by the same brand that makes protein bars and powders.

When she goes to Walmart, Tonya first stops at the aisle with "protein supplements," and grabs Quest protein tortilla chips and their crackers, as they make a great alternative to regular chips and can be used in protein-rich recipes.

2. Ratio Yogurt

Tonya calls this particular brand of low-sugar, protein-packed yogurts her "number one," as it contains a large amount of protein per serving and also tastes delicious. In her video, she can be seen selecting the vanilla flavor from Ratio. As compared to other brands, each cup of Ratio's yogurt contains a whopping 25 grams of protein.

"Hands down my favorite yogurt," she says. These yogurts would go great with some fresh fruit for a filling breakfast or dessert!

3. Low-Fat Cottage Cheese

Tonya is famous for her weight loss recipes using low-fat cottage cheese, which offers up a lot of protein and other added nutrients like calcium. So, of course, when she's at Walmart, she's going to stock up on it.

"Yes, I have two at home, but I need another," says Tonya in her video as she grabs a new container of low-fat cottage cheese.

Some of the yummy recipes Tonya makes on her TikTok page with cottage cheese include pizza bowls, egg salad, buffalo chicken dip, and more. A serving of low-fat cottage cheese contains an impressive 12-13 grams of protein, so you can easily reach your protein goals by incorporating it into your meals.

4. Carb Counter Tortillas

Having tortillas on hand is incredibly convenient, because they can be used for wraps, tacos, quesadillas, roll-ups, and more. They're a super versatile item to have in your kitchen, and you can still enjoy them while trying to lose weight. Tonya prefers the Carb Counter brand of tortillas and uses them for all kinds of recipes.

In addition to some full-sized carb counter tortillas, she'll grab zero-carb, smaller versions, so she can make homemade, low-carb tortilla chips to use in recipes.

5. Riced Cauliflower

"I'm never without riced cauliflower," admits Tonya in her video. "I love these new flavored ones."

Cauliflower rice is fantastic for weight loss, as you get a lot more fiber into your meal, and you don't load up on as many starchy carbs like white rice, pasta, and potatoes. Now, you can buy it frozen with other added flavorful ingredients like herbs and peppers, so that you can use it for a bunch of different recipes. Having it on hand in your freezer can make last-minute meals a whole lot easier.

6. G. Hughes Sugar-Free Sauces

G. Hughes is an award-winning barbecue pit master who has an extremely successful line of tasty and flavorful sauces. He is especially well known for his line of sugar-free sauces, as it gives people the pleasure of eating some of the most popular condiments while managing their weight loss journeys and avoiding excess sugar.

In her Walmart video, Tonya points out the G. Hughes sugar-free Yum Yum sauce, inspired by the delectible sauce you can find at Asian-inspired restaurants, as well as his sugar-free ketchup, which makes a perfect side or addition to a savory recipe.
