Everyone knows that fast food is never healthy for you – no matter what you order. But a lot of people don’t realize that eating fast food for breakfast can actually be even worse for you than having it for lunch and dinner. In fact, you should never order Wendy’s for breakfast because it can destroy your health.

The foods on the Wendy’s breakfast menu are loaded with sugar and fat. Its popular Breakfast Baconator sandwich has 750 calories, 36 grams of carbs and 50 grams of fat. Even its lower-calorie options are bad for you, like the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit with 500 calories, 44 grams of carbs and 29 grams of fat.

Your daily intake of calories, carbs and fat should be no more than 2,000, 300 grams and 70 grams. This means that ordering either of these two breakfast options from Wendy already puts your fat intake halfway to its limit and loads up a lot of calories and carbs.

Even the coffee options on the Wendy’s breakfast menu can be terrible for your health. The fast food chain’s popular Frosty-ccino has 52 total grams of carbs and 41 grams of sugar. If you have this drink along with one of the breakfast items, you’re taking in a huge amount of carbs, fat and sugar.

The most healthy breakfasts are those with a lot of protein and fiber. This can help you feel energized throughout the day and help you digest your lunch and dinner better.
