The restaurant chain is offering a free junior bacon cheeseburger when you make any purchase on their mobile app when you sign up for their Rewards program.
Simply download the Wendy’s app to your device, provide basic information like your name and email address, and then scan the “in-app” offer at the store.

The only catch is that you need to buy something else to be eligible for the free junior bacon cheeseburger. It could literally be a Coke! You just need something in your cart.
