According to one former Cheesecake Factory employee, there's one specific pasta dish you should never order at the restaurant chain. She warns against ordering the Fettuccini Alfredo. She said the alfredo sauce is not good, and she would even tell people not to order it. If that isn't enough, the menu item is 2,300 calories-- yikes!

Ready for this? In one single serving of the Miso Salmon dish you eat a total of 1,674 calories. Yeah, no thanks.
