Zendaya Stuns In Valentino Suit At Bulgari Hotel Roma Opening
For the red carpet, the 26-year-old Euphoria star wore an all-black sparkling ensemble, consisting of a chic and sparkly oversized blazer with matching flared trousers. The Dune 2 actress didn’t team her blazer and trousers with a conventional shirt, and instead opted for a black mesh skin-exposing top covered in crystals, which was an unexpected but totally appreciated style move. Kudos to Law Roach for making this look happen!
We love how the classic pantsuit (or even skirt suit or shorts suit!) is becoming edgier thanks to this simple but oh-so-effective style swap. We saw a similar bold style choice a few weeks ago when Jessica Chastain attended the Drama League Awards in New York in a stunning Prabal Gurung floral power suit, teamed with a racy sheer lace bustier underneath. Zendaya accessorized her outfit with some sleek black Christian Louboutin heels, and of course, some practically blinding jewels courtesy of Bulgari. But perhaps the most interesting part of the entire look is the fact that it wasn’t actually the look that Zendaya had planned on wearing!
According to the Spider-Man actress herself via her Instagram Stories: "Fun fact…my dress for tonight’s @bulgarihotels event got lost in transit, so we got this suit an hour before the event." She added, "When in doubt… a @maisonvalentino suit," followed by a smiley face, and also tagged her stylist, Law Roach. We have no idea what Zendaya had planned on wearing, but we're not mad about this last-minute change!
