All eyes have been on Zendaya and her Euphoria costar Jacob Elordi ever since the duo has been rumored to be the latest celebrity couple.
The pair was most recently spotted at a grocery store together. According to Elle, Zendaya and Elordi were picking up necessities as Elordi was overheard telling Zendaya what they needed at home. The food shopping trip followed the rumored couple’s other recent outing together that had fans seriously rooting for their relationship to be more than just friends.
Zendaya, 23, and Elordi, 22, were photographed in early February while they were out and about in New York City. Photos of the pair sharing a smooch on the streets of New York quickly followed the photos of Elordi giving Zendaya a sweet kiss on the side of her head. They definitely seem like a couple to us!
According to E! News, the pair was first rumored to be a couple after taking a Greece vacation together over the summer. A source told E! News that Elordi and Zendaya “have been seeing each other for months now,” and that “they started as close friends but it became romantic after their show ended.”
Everyone is patiently waiting for the costars to finally confirm their relationship. According to PEOPLE, Elordi insisted in December that he and Zendaya were simply “close friends” and nothing more. Elordi has previously admitted that Zendaya is special to him, but in more of a family type of way.
In a 2019 interview with GQ Australia, Elordi said “she’s like my sister” when speaking of Zendaya. He went on to gush over what it’s like to work with the actress. “Zendaya is an amazing creative, you know? She’s super dope to work with. She’s an incredible artist and a very caring person to all of us,” Elordi said.
Zendaya was previously rumored to be linked to her Spider-Man costar Tom Holland, while Elordi also dated his former The Kissing Booth costar Joey King for about two years.
