The 125 Best New Beauty Launches Of 2023

What: Children’s Place Headbands

Why: I keep my hair ultra-short (and even shave it once a year to fight childhood cancer) which means the only way I find good headbands for my daughter is through trial and error. Over the years, there has been plenty of error until I finally hit up the Children’s Place around the holidays. Three months after she pulled them out of her stocking, I can report the headbands are still holding up.

So what’s different? They’re well padded, so she has yet to start complaining about red marks behind her ears. They’re also more substantial, so we have yet to see one snapped in half when she’s yanks them out of her hair in frustration. There are a host of cute options in their new spring line, like the Tango headband shown here.

Price: $5
