The first thing that came to mind when I got my Nourish Toddler spill-proof water bottles to try with my 22-month old? Cool concept, but pretty expensive for bottled water. A dozen of them will set you back $32 on Amazon, and that’s on sale.
But then I gave one to my daughter during a road trip, and you know what? It worked. I usually don’t like to give her a drink when we’re on the road because no matter how much the sippy cup claims to be leak-proof or spill-proof, more often than not, by the time we get to our destination, most of the drink is on her clothes or the car seat instead of in her belly.
But the Nourish Toddler didn’t spill or leak, and the slim 10 oz. bottle fit perfectly in her little hands. Happy toddler means happy mama, so although I wouldn’t buy the Nourish Toddler for everyday use, I would totally stock up on a few when I’m traveling with my toddler. Keep some in the car and one or two in my bag.
Baby still on formula? They also make an 8 oz. formula-ready water bottle with easy-to-read volume measurements on the side for mixing formula. And a nipple top, of course.
