Congratulations are in order for Prince Harry, 33, and his beautiful bride-to-be, American actress Meghan Markle, 36. The couple just announced their engagement–and we couldn’t be happier for them! According to Kensington Palace official, “The Prince of Wales has announced the engagement of Prince Harry and Ms. Meghan Markle.” Yas!

To mark the occasion, the couple visited Kensington Palace’s Sunken Garden for a photocall this morning. It was their first official appearance as an engaged couple–and in our opinion, a huge fashion milestone for Meghan, who wore a white wrap coat from Line Knitwear, a Canadian brand she has worn before (see: the Invuctus games below), a green Parush dress, nude Aquazzura heels and Birks jewelry. We’ve broken the entire outfit down here (as we will undoubtedly be doing for awhile now), including links to buy everything:
Her Line The Label Knitwear White Wrap Coat:
Meghan wore a white wrap coat from Line Knitwear, a Canadian company, from their Fall 2017 collection. See how gorgeous she looked in the classic, winter white look:
There aren’t images of the coat online (did Meghan get hers special order from the brand?), but we were able to find it in a cream/beige color on the Line The Label website:
The coat is look #4 of the collection, and comes with a shawl collar and belted waist. The coat appears to be wool or wool blend. And according to the company’s website, The Line Fall 2017 collection can be purchased online at Saks Fifth Avenue (although we weren’t able to find it upon an initial search). Line the Label is also in boutiques across the USA. For a complete glossary of stores that carry Line the Label, visit here and select “USA” from the drop down. We’ve reached out to a rep for the brand to find out exactly how you can buy the coat. Stay tuned!
Meghan previously wore a Line The Label trench coat while attending the Invictus Games earlier this year. Like Kate Middleton-favorite brands Reiss, Issa and L.K. Bennett, this brand is sure to have a huge boom in business now!
Meghan Markle wearing another Line coat–this time a trench–to the Invictus Games earlier this year.
Her Parosh Green Dress:
Underneath her white wrap coat Meghan wore a dark green dress by Parosh, which we know because the brand announced it on Instagram this morning:
Like her Line coat, the dress is also from the Fall/Winter 2017 collection. The round-neck, wool dress is still available online in size Small as of press time–hurry and get yourself one before they’re completely gone:
Get it: Meghan Markle’s Parush LACHI D721390 dress ($583.90)
The dress is described as a double neckline stretch dress with a waist bow, and zip back closure. That means Meghan wore a belted coat AND a waist bow dress. Look out for more waist details on her future looks!
Her Aquazzura Nude Pumps
Meghan topped off (or should we say bottomed) the look with a pair of nude Aquazzura Matilda criss cross heels ($417, down from $695). This wouldn’t be the first time that a new member of the royal family favored nude pumps. Kate Middleton is famous for rocking her nude L.K. Bennett sledge pumps literally everywhere. It looks like Meghan is taking her new role very seriously–down to the footwear:
So, where can you buy them? We’re not shocked at all (call it the royal effect), but the heels that Meghan wore for her engagement announcement are almost completely sold out in nude–they’re gone at Net-A-Porter, Barney’s New York and Shopbop. Thankfully, they’re still available in a few limited sizes at Neiman Marcus, so you can still get them (for now!):
Shop now: Meghan Markle’s exact Aquazzura Matilde Crisscross Suede 105mm Pump in Nude ($417, down from $695).
The shoes are also available in black at Saks Off Fifth for just $299! Hurry!
Get them in black for almost 60% off: Meghan Markle’s Aquazzura Matilde Suede Stiletto Pumps ($299.99, down from $695)
She also wore white opal 18K gold earrings from the Birks. Gorgeous!
Get them: Les Plaisirs de Birks 18k gold earrings ($995).
So–what do you think of the look? Leave us a comment below! Meghan’s head-to-toe outfit for the engagement announcement will be scrutinized and stalked online, no doubt. And if Kate Middleton is any indication, we’re on the eve of Ms. Markle’s “season”–for the next few years as she plans her wedding, gets married and gets settled into life as a royal, her every fashion choice will be watched very carefully. Almost everything Kate Middleton worn during these crucial years sold out on online–and we have no doubt that the same will happen for Meghan. She arguably has even better style than Kate, so we’re so excited to see what she does next.
