Ever since I started running four times a week, I’ve been on a quest for the perfect sports bra–one that is comfortable, yet offers support and really keeps the girls from bouncing around while I’m on the treadmill. The bad news about this quest is that my lingerie drawer is filled with way too many sports bras I never wear. The good news? I finally found the one perfect sports bra for running.
The winner? Gap’s high impact sports bra. It holds everything in and keeps jiggling to a minimum while still being comfortable enough to wear every time I run. It’s a little tricky to get into because there’s a hook and eye closure in the back, but it’s worth it because that extra support definitely makes a difference.
I’m so obsessed with this sports bra that since discovering how amazing it is just two months ago, I’ve amassed a collection of 6 in different colors. Any time I see a new color on sale I buy it because this sports bra really is just that good.
I can attest that it’s top-notch for running, but it’s also designed to keep you supported during other high impact workouts like bootcamp, jumping jacks, dance classes and aerobics. I can’t rave about this bra enough–I love it.
