You can now get a glimpse of the creative process behind Anne Hathaway‘s much-talked about Valentino wedding dress.
The designer just released a sketch of the custom gown he created for “very good friend” Anne’s somewhat secretive wedding to actor and jewelry designer Adam Shulman in Big Sur, California last weekend.
The designer’s hand-drawing shows an off-the-shoulder top with small beaded clusters in intricate patterns with piles of frothy tulle made from silk. The dress skirt is full and A-line and has a matching cathedral length veil. He also sketched the gauzy headpiece that has received mixed reviews, and Anne’s pixie cut.
