Let me just begin by saying that I am a sleeping beauty. My bedroom is my favorite place in the world, and I think a lot of us can relate to that. Creating the ideal bedroom should be a priority—sleeping, sex, meditation, watching TV, and overall escaping the world shouldn’t be pushed to the backburner. So, I’ve gathered the best bedding essentials for a cozy bedroom to make sure we get the most out of our sleeping spaces.

Best Luxury Sheets

RiLEY Percale Sheet Set ($99)

RiLEY is a European company that specializes in luxury bedding and textiles for actually reasonable prices. They work exclusively with the best textile mills in Portugal and cut out the middle man so that you can live that luxurious life without breaking the bank. Have your cake and eat it, too… with their award-wining percale sheets. They come in so many pretty colors and instantly give the feel (and look) of a luxury hotel—speaking from experience.

Best Pillows

When it comes to a good night’s sleep, I would dare say that pillows are the most important piece of bedding and Lifewit has the two best pillows that will satisfy even the pickiest sleepers.

Lifewit Sink-in Bed Pillows ($36.99)

First up, we have the ~Sink-in~ pillow, which is pretty much exactly what it sounds like—you sink into it. The best part is that it doesn’t go flat. These pillows are filled with thin micro silicon polyester fibers, which just means it’s super soft. It also means that there’s a higher air flow. Say hello to the cool side of the pillow… all the time!

Lifewit Shredded Memory Foam Pillows ($39.99)

Now for the customizable and totally moldable shredded memory foam pillow, made of a 20/80 blend of premium microfiber and shredded memory foam. They’re easy to customize by adding or taking out the filling (add more for side sleepers, less for back sleepers). Memory foam offers good support and is made to reduce neck pain, back pain, and even snoring! Plus, it’s made with aerogel which adjusts to temperature to ensure a cool, comfortable sleep. You can shop Lifewit products on Amazon.

Best Silk Pillowcase

LilySilk Silk Pillowcase ($26.99)

At this point, we all know the benefits of silk pillowcases: by reducing friction, we get less wrinkles, less skin damage, less hair breakage when we sleep. It even protects your eyelashes (or lash extensions)! Basically, it’s beauty sleep in a pillowcase. And the good news is you don’t have to settle for satin—silk is natural and more breathable, which prevents clogged pores and bacteria buildup. LilySilk is one of the best silk companies out there and their pillowcase is only $26.99 on Amazon!

Best Weighted Blanket

Bearaby Cotton Napper ($249)

When it comes to weighted blankets, the best possible option is the Cotton Napper by Bearaby. This waitlisted weighted blanket is back in 8 gorgeous colors and 3 weights. It’s made of organic cotton and it’s evenly weighted… but it’s more than that. Because its ~aesthetic~ won’t mess up your bedroom style. Honestly, a weighted blanket will change your sleep and your life, and no one does weighted blankets better than Bearaby.

Best Throw Pillows & Bedding Decor

Anthropologie Adelina Slub Velvet Pillow ($48)

When it comes to throw pillows and stylish home decor, it’s no surprise that Anthropologie is at the top of our list. They have the best bedding textiles that are eye-catching, trendy, and high quality. Plus, they have so many eclectic styles that there’s something for every bedroom. Don’t let your bed fade into the background—get yourself some throw pillows that bring you joy!
