Beach Bound
Ingredients:
2.5 Cups of Chopped Romaine
1.5 Cups of Red Cabbage
1.5 Cups of Cucumbers
1.5 Cups of Tomatoes
1/2 Cup of Red Onions
1.5 Cups of Corn
16 Basil Leaves
20 Grilled Shrimp
Saigon Summer
Ingredients:
2 Cups of Chopped Romaine
2 Cups of chopped Kale
3/4 Cup of Button Mushrooms
1/4 Cup of Crispy Wontons
1 Cup of Edamame
1 Cup of Pickled Carrots & Daikon
16 Basil Leaves
20 Grilled shrimp
Tulum Getaway
Ingredients:
3 Cups of Chopped Romaine
1.5 Cups of Grape Tomatoes
1 Cup of Black Bean & Corn
1/4 Cup of Pumpkin Seeds
1/4 Cup of Tortilla Strips
1 Cup of Chopped Jicama
1/4 Cup of Jalapenos
1 avocado
