The first trailer for Jolie's latest project, Maleficent: Mistress of Evil, has premiered, giving us a sneak peek of the actress suited up as the beloved Disney character.
In the clip, we see Maleficent dressed for what appears to be an epic battle against Queen Ingrith, who is played by Michelle Pfeiffer, rocking a strapless black gown and the character's iconic horns.
The film, which is the sequel to Disney's 2014 film Maleficent, hits theaters on October 19, 2019, and also stars Elle Fanning as Princess Aurora and Chiwetel Ejiofor.
We’re so excited to see Jolie reprise the titular role. In fact, it’s going to be Jolie’s first time appearing on camera in almost four years.
Her last role was in the 2015 movie By The Sea, which she starred in with her ex Brad Pitt.
