Ben Affleck has been keeping a relatively low profile lately, but he’s making headlines again for something HUGE.
News has broke that the Batman star is teaming with an old friend for an exciting new project. Affleck and Matt Damon will be reuniting onscreen for Ridley Scott's latest movie, The Last Duel.
Details regarding the new project are still under wraps, but we do know that the film is a 14th-century drama is based on Eric Jager's novel and has recruited Damon and Affleck for their talents in acting and writing.
Deadline reports that the plot of The Last Duel centers around two best friends—the knight Jean de Carrouges (played by Ben) and the squire Jacques Le Gris (played by Matt). The two characters' friendship Jean accuses Jacques of raping his wife.
Fans of the duo know that they're quite an unbeatable force when they're together in the writers' room. They teamed up for 1997's Good Will Hunting, which Affleck and Damon both starred in and wrote. It won Best Original Screenplay and Best Supporting Actor for Robin Williams.
