We get it: you're busy, and don't have all the time in the world to dedicate to the gym. But you still want to stay on top of your health, and that's what the weekends are for. So what's the best weekend workout method to give you a week-long gym fix in just two intense days?

To get the most of your weekend exercise, trainers from Muscle and Strength say you need intense workouts that target multiple parts of your body. You also want to find a workout routine that keeps you engaged.
Alloy, the women's personal training website, created a quick and effective circuit weekend workout for you all weekend warriors. You only need a dumbbell for these moves. Get ready for some burpees (everyone's least favorite move), overhead presses, jumping squats, and more.
Give yourself a quick warm up before you start these exercies, like a brisk 5 minute walk or jog. Then, get right down to the nitty gritty, doing 3 reps of 5 circuits as fast as possible.
Working out on the weekend is better than not working out at all. One study even found that people who only work out on the weekends have a lower risk of mortality. However, trainers advise that you stick to a workout plan as often as possible for the best results.
