It seems that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie still have a long ways to go when it comes to figuring out a custody agreement.
In fact, a source recently let slip that the situation between the two exes–particularly when it comes to co-parenting their children–is still “pretty tragic.”

Speaking to Page Six, the source explained that the custody battle has not become any less tense, adding that the problems between them "are still raging."
That's not all. With the holiday season underway, their issues have only become worse. Although earlier reports indicated that Brad would have Christmas with his kids, it seems like Angelina had a problem with that arrangement.
A source told Us Weekly in October, "The holiday visitation had been set before the custody trial. Brad will see the children on Christmas Day. He is hoping that he will be given increased custodial time with the kids which would result in having them overnight for the holidays this year."

However, the Page Six insider claims that things are "not that simple."
The source continued, "Every holiday, every birthday, someone always leaks the same thing about Brad and his supposed plans to see the kids, like the pizza party for Shiloh’s birthday this year — and it seems like there’s never any truth to it."
Although it's still unclear who the kids spent Christmas with, it sounds like the holiday had some underlying tension either way.
The source continued, explaining that the situation was "pretty tragic for everyone."
"This continues to be a very hard time for the family," the insider explained.
