Bacon Power Wraps

Ingredients: 10 slices of bacon, 6 eggs, 2 cups egg whites, 8 low-carb tortillas, 1 slice of pepper jack cheese per wrap.

Instructions: Start by cooking 10 pieces of uncured bacon (regular or turkey bacon) in the air fryer or oven until crispy. While the bacon is cooking, whisk together 6 whole eggs, 2 cups of egg whites, and season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Grease a baking sheet with avocado or olive oil, then pour in the egg mixture and bake at 400°F for about 10 minutes, adjusting based on oven and pan size. Once the eggs are set, slice them into 8 pieces and dice up the crispy bacon. Warm up low-carb tortillas if desired, then assemble each wrap by adding one egg slice, diced bacon, and one slice of cheese. Pan-fry the wraps in a light avocado oil spray until golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Each wrap contains 260 calories and 24 grams of protein, making it a high-protein, low-carb breakfast option that keeps you full and supports weight loss
