Britney Spears Posts A Video Of Herself Singing And Dancing In Her Messy House
The famous Louisiana native is not touring the world or putting out music these days, but she does love posting videos of herself dancing around her home or wherever she's vacationing on Instagram. Whether she has a specific song in mind or not, Britney loves to put on an outfit that shows off her toned figure and get in front of the camera to dance around or strike some sultry poses.
Earlier this week, she shared two videos of herself in the same outfit, a cropped, tiny orange and white polka dot top and a slightly sheer, tiny white skirt. In the first video, which has since been taken off her main Instagram page, but is spreading on the internet, she can be seen moving around and adjusting her ring light, all while singing a song that sounded "off-key.' In her caption, she compared herself to Julia Roberts singing "Kiss" by Prince in the famous film, Pretty Woman.
In the background of her video, her followers could see the living room of her California mansion, which she reported purchased for over $7M in 2015. There were clothes visibly scattered throughout the space, and what looked like small piles of dog waste on her tile floor, although that has not been confirmed. In a follow-up video, which is still on her Instagram page, Britney continued to sing loudly and incoherently, writing that she was "cleaning her house like no tomorrow."
Fans Express Concern For Britney After Seeing The State Of Her Home On Instagram
Once the first video of her dancing around was reposted and spread throughout the internet, fans and other internet users expressed some concern about her mental health, especially since her home did not seem to be in the best state. While many people can relate to having an untidy home from time to time, given her complicated history, the mess around her, especially the alleged piles of dog waste, had the internet worried.
On social media platforms like X, internet users began to weigh in on the state of the 43-year-old's well-being, and wrote that her new posts were "sad" to watch.
"This is incredibly sad," wrote an X user. "She's obviously very ill."
"Is she okay?" asked another.
"What's happened to poor Britney?" posted a fan. "Is this the price of fame?"
"She really isn't doing well," added one, as another wrote it was "so sad to watch her like this."
Other X users, who wrote they were "concerned" for her, began bringing up her famous conservatorship situation, where her father took control of her estate and essentially her life, which ended after a tumultuous battle in 2021. However, although she's 'free,' some feel the "Baby One More Time" singer should have some kind of supervision these days.
"So sad," posted a user. "Without a conservatorship, things are going to end [badly]. I hated that she was in one at the time, but...can't force an adult into rehab or to take their meds. I feel for her and everyone around her. And her pets."
