Happy Earth Day, everyone! If you’ve been looking for ways to be more sustainable, a great way to start going green is by using natural beauty products. By making the switch, you’re not only using wholesome ingredients that are better for your skin and free of harmful, irritating agents, but you’re also giving back to the environment, too!

Target Natural Beauty

One retailer that’s big on the natural beauty shift is Target. By 2020, the retailer’s leading ingredient policy will be in full effect, meaning that there will be full ingredient transparency when it comes to the beauty, personal care, baby care and household items it sells. Phthalates, propylparaben, butylparaben, formaldehyde, formaldehyde donors and nonylphenol ethoxylates will also be banned from these products.

“Making informed choices should be simple for guests,” says Dawn Block, senior vice president, essentials, and beauty at Target. “This framework is designed to take the complications out of finding better-for-you product options.”

In the meantime, the Bullseye has been launching lines and collections to expand their natural beauty assortment, offering shoppers a variety of all-natural, organic, vegan, and cruelty-free products to choose from. And, some products are even produced in environmentally-friendly production facilities and are packaged in recycled materials—It doesn’t get any better than that!

“We know guests are increasingly interested in and aware of ingredients within the products they’re using, particularly when it comes to skincare,” Target spokesperson tells WWD. “Target is constantly on the lookout for new brands and the latest beauty trends, and we’ve continued to expand and refine our selection of better-for-you offerings in hopes that guests will think of us first when they’re shopping for natural beauty products.”

Cheap & Natural Skincare

Oh, and did we mention that most of their natural beauty products are under $25? See, making the switch isn’t that bad! Here are some of the retailer’s bestselling natural beauty brands and products that should definitely be on your radar:
