Chick-fil-A Customers Post Complaints Against The Restaurant's Chicken On Social Media

Over the last year, Chick-fil-A customers and former fans have been taking to social media to share their issues with the current quality of the restaurant's food, more specifically, their chicken.

One Reddit user made a viral post about one of their orders from the fast food restaurant and said it nearly made them ill. Under a picture of a piece of fatty chicken, they wrote, "I almost threw up when I saw it."

"I know gristle and fat are a normal part of chicken, but I swear it used to not be this bad," they continued.

"The quality has gone down so much that I can't eat here anymore. I still love the fries, so I'll get those occasionally, but this has turned me off their chicken for good."

The Reddit user's post triggered a conversation amongst other Chick-fil-A customers, as several of them shared similar sentiments.

Chick-fil-A Consumers Say Their Food Quality Has Become 'Disappointing'

In other Reddit posts, numerous Chick-fil-A eaters wrote about their similar experiences with the famous chain and sounded off in the comments.

"Chick-fil-A used to be my go-to fast food restaurant," wrote one user.

"No one competed with them. I recently went to a Chick-fil-A and ordered my usual chicken sandwich meal. It was the saddest excuse of a chicken sandwich I've ever tasted. The chicken was dry and rubbery...I was so disappointed."

"It's changed for sure," commented another. "Tastes frozen or something. Something is way, way off."

"The quality is dropped significantly, and the price has risen significantly," noted a user. "For this, I'm out."

While Chick-fil-A hasn't made many statements about a change in their ingredients or practices, many customers couldn't help but notice the negative differences, and after several bad experiences, decided to give it a rest.

"I had one too many gross nuggets and swore them off," wrote a Reddit user.

"[Chick-fil-A] is nowhere near what it was ten years ago," added another.
