A new tasty-sounding Chipotle quesadilla has just hit the menu, called the ‘Fajita Quesadilla.’ The new menu item, as Chew Boom reports, is now available at a local restaurant near you, but the only way to order it is through the Chipotle app and online. Here’s what we know:

Chipotle Drops New Digital-Only Menu Item: The Fajita Quesadilla
Popular TikTok creators Keith Lee and Alexis Frost went viral recently for their Chipotle-inspired quesadilla-making hack, and now the chain is taking notes! Fans can now get the TikTokers’ Chipotle Quesadillas with “Monterey Jack cheese, their protein of choice, and fresh fajita veggies via Chipotle’s digital ordering channels,” Chew Boom notes.
In addition, the company’s Chipotle-Honey Vinaigrette dressing will be offered as one of the three included side options that customers can select for all Quesadillas on the app and website. Lee and Frost will also have limited-edition menu items with the exact orders that they gave scores of “10/10” in their TikTok reviews.

Lee’s order is called the “Keithadilla” and features a “Fajita Quesadilla with Steak,” and “Roasted Chili-Corn Salsa, Sour Cream and Chipotle Honey Vinaigrette” all on the side. Frost’s choice is called the “Fajita Quesadilla Hack,” essentially a “Fajita Quesadilla with Steak” and the following items on the side: “Roasted Chili-Corn Salsa, Tomatillo Red-Chili Salsa, and Sour Cream.”

But Wait, There’s More: Other New Fajita Items At Chipotle
And that’s not all! Chipotle also revealed that they can try adding fresh fajita veggies to any of the 5 following hand-crafted Quesadillas on the Chipotle app and its website: the “Steak,” “Chicken,” “Barbacoa,” “Carnitas” or “Sofrita” quesadilla with “Fajita Veggies.”

Each hand-crafted quesadilla, the outlet writes, comes with three sides, and the Chipotle-Honey Vinaigrette dressing will be available as one of the three included side options.
