"I have to say, all of this, and being here, has had me thinking a lot about time," the Ghost star said. "We chase it, we schedule it, and we say we don't have enough—or that we're running out of it. And sometimes, if we're honest, we waste it thinking about or stressing over things that haven't happened or reliving things we've already survived."
She added, "But when I had the courage to pause, to get still, to stop running, I found grace, compassion, and most importantly, acceptance, because when we embrace who we are, where we are, exactly as we are, we stop missing the moment we're in. The truth is, you can't run out of time when you're living in the present."
