Denim tops are back in this fall, and one of our absolute favorite celebrities has already been spotted sporting this updated trend. That’s right, no other than Selena Gomez has embraced the denim top trend–and we’re officially obsessed with how she styled it!

Gomez graced the cover of Allure for their October issue, and her styling is definitely going to be our outfit inspiration for this fall.
That being said, Selena's stylist, Arianne Phillips, deserves a huge round of applause for these incredible looks.
Gomez's new beauty brand, Rare Beauty, was also featured in the magazine's Best of Beauty issue--a huge accomplishment for the singer turned entrepreneur.
In one of the chicest pictures from the shoot, Selena is wearing a denim top with a bit of black lingerie poking through, making for an all around daring look.
This sexy take on the denim top trend is definitely in line with the fall fashion trends we've seen from celebrities so far--taking classic wardrobe staples and taking them a step further. (I mean we've all seen those super cropped cardigans by now, right?)

By pairing the simple denim look with bold jewelry, Gomez elevated the look into something a little more glam.
And her huge gold hoops (and more subtle gold rings) definitely added some sophistication to the overall look while still keeping it very on trend.
