In an interview with The Wall Street Journal titled, "As Signs of Aging Emerge, Trump Responds With Defiance," Trump, 79, addressed the many concerns over his health, including his bruised hand. He gave the simple explanation that he takes a higher dose of aspirin every day than his doctors recommend—something he's "superstitious" about.
"I take the larger one, but I've done it for years, and what it does do is it causes bruising," he explained. "They say aspirin is good for thinning out the blood, and I don’t want thick blood pouring through my heart. I want nice, thin blood pouring through my heart. Does that make sense?" Er...not really. At least to American citizens, who are growing more and more concerned for his health. Across social media platforms, users are coming to the same consensus: "This can't be good."
Trump's Bruised Hand Spotted More And More
Throughout Trump’s second presidency, he’s been spotted with bruising on his hand numerous times, and many users online think it’s a sign of failing health. On the back of his right hand, there’s a large, black-and-blue bruise that covers most of his hand, and even makeup isn’t hiding it from view.
